In the first four months of 2026 alone, Vietnamese companies invested US$713.9 million overseas: a 2.3-fold increase year-on-year. Singapore is emerging as a primary destination for companies seeking a regional headquarters platform, attracted by its regulatory stability, tax treaty network, and financial ecosystem. Despite this momentum, many Vietnamese business leaders face a practical knowledge gap: they understand the commercial rationale for Singapore, but lack a clear, trusted roadmap for the regulatory, banking, and operational steps required to establish and run a Singapore entity. This event addresses that gap directly.
